Suex - Scooter Technician Level 1

Suex recommends a one-year maintenance interval to ensure the warranty, value retention, and reliable operation of your Suex scooter.

The annual Level 1 overhaul for all Suex scooters includes:

• Propeller - disassembly and removal of the sealing chamber
• Visual inspection of the shaft
• Replacement of the sealing chamber (latest version with stainless steel insert)
• Installation of new O-rings
• Oil filling of the sealing chamber
• Installation of the sealing chamber
• Propeller - assembly
• Removal of the upper locking screw
• Cleaning of the closure as well as inspection
• Replacement of the seals
• Installation of the locking screw
• Burn test
• Leak test (vacuum test)

The overhaul costs include labor as well as the original Suex revision kit.

Any potential spare parts not included in the original Suex revision kit will be replaced and charged after consultation, using original Suex spare parts.
